The Hancock County Public Library District is a library system which includes two libraries and a bookmobile. The main library in Hawesville, the Lewisport Branch, and the bookmobile work together as three parts to our library system to serve the Hancock County community.

The Chamber is Hancock County’s business organization. Its members are county-wide and they are united for the purpose of improving the business climate, the growth and prosperity of the county’s economy.
