The Child Support Division is located in the Hancock County Administration Building, 3rd Floor, P.O. Box 356, 225 Main Cross Street, Hawesville, KY 42348.
The Child Support Division is available to any resident of Hancock County needing assistance regarding child support. We provide paternity establishment, child support establishment, medical support establishment and judicial enforcement of delinquent child support by civil and criminal procedure. Services are provided at no charge to any current or past recipient of K-TAP (formerly AFDC) or medical card and NON-K-TAP clients.
